Reminiscing about and visiting some of the old school Polly's classics is one of our favourite things here at Polly's HQ. Yellow Blaze first came into existence as part of our staff-designed series of 2020, and with our dearly departed Guy's blessing, we've revived the Blaze for a 2021 edition! Tweaking the recipe ever so slightly to include - you guessed it - even more hops than the original, we've charged this beer with a mighty 40kg addition of Citra, Mosaic, and just a sprinkling of Ekuanot to boot. The result? A beer absolutely loaded to the nines with super ripe passionfruit and tangerine notes, backed up with some mellow pithy citrus to balance everything out thanks to a generous Mosaic whirlpool addition. Awesome.
